1 min read

Local companies are being offered free support to help them understand and integrate digital technologies into their business to drive growth.

Thriving in the Digital Age has been launched by Keele University and is exclusively available to small and medium sized enterprises in Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire.

Delivered by digital experts and business practitioners over two days, the hands-on workshops will equip attendees with a toolkit of techniques, resources and content bespoke to their business situation.

  • Day One will explore ways of growing a company’s markets digitally, including a session dedicated to creating a digital marketing strategy.
  • Day Two focusses on the importance of aligning people, systems and processes to grow a business, including how best to address digital skills needs within the workforce.

Spotlight speakers are award-winning marketing consultant Victoria Prince of Touchpoints Marketing; Jonathan Lawton, Director at Hixon Group; Keele University Professor Raphael Hirschi and the university’s Head of Apprenticeships and Experiential Learning Lou Taylor-Murison.

The Thriving in the Digital Age workshops are fully-funded, meaning that there is no cost to eligible businesses.

Dates are available in March and April 2023. Businesses can check their eligibility and find out more by clicking here.
