A unique Staffordshire-based business consultancy centred around horse-led workshops is expanding.
Altezza People UK offers experiential learning for businesses, teams and individuals, building on the healing power of our equine friends.
The self-awareness training company, which incorporates horses into learning processes, is taking on new staff.
Paige Cooper, above, aged 18, joins as Equine Welfare Supervisor.
Initially she will look after the seven horses at the company’s base at Coppice Farm, Penkridge, but she is also being trained to get involved in the coaching sessions.
“I’m delighted to take this amazing opportunity to join a very unusual business,” said Paige, who is a graduate of South Staffordshire College with a Level 3 qualification in Equine Management.
“It is incredible how the deeper you go into a horse’s mind, the more you find they can reach into your own.”
Also joining Altezza is Sandra Wright, above, whose role as People Development Executive includes organising taster sessions for businesses and supporting the experiential learning.
Equine Facilitator Julia Jones, who founded Altezza, says it’s “like a dream come true” to be able to expand her enterprise.
“I am super-excited to help as many businesses through these difficult times as I can, supporting their people to be the best they can be.”
Julia supports Brighter Days Rescue in Penkridge to raise much-needed funds by donating group workshops and horse experiences for individuals.
She is also welcoming volunteers to help her develop the facilities where the horses live.
Through her horse-led facilitation Julia helps corporates, teams and individuals re-charge their batteries, work through the challenges and grow in self-awareness.
The environment is relaxed and a rich learning experience is had by all.
