New dessert diner is a sweet addition to popular attraction

1 min read

A new dessert diner is hoping to cater for local workers as well as tired out children.

Inflato Desserts officially opened this week in a former office building attached to the Inflato air park in Stoke-on-Trent.

It serves luxury milkshakes, waffles, cookie dough, sundaes and cakes, with main meals set to be introduced at a later date.

Although proving popular with children visiting to play during half term, the American-themed diner is open to the general public and is planning a delivery service to local businesses at Festival Park.

And with the newly-opened Etruria Valley Link Road just down the road, the team hope to tempt in sweet-toothed passers-by.

Manager Ellie-Mae Edwards said: “The dessert place feeds in to what we already do at Inflato – we can serve 300 to 400 kids at parties each weekend – but we want it to stand on its own two feet as a dessert offering.

“We have already had enquiries from businesses looking to order in our treats and we hope to expand out to others nearby.”

Inflato inflatable air park is attached to the new dessert place.

Six jobs have already been created, with the possibility of more to come.

Inflato Desserts is open from 10am until 5pm, except during term time when it is closed on Tuesdays.
