A Stafford-based web company has been shortlisted for an award recognising commitment to delivering first-class customer service.
Red Box Web Design is in the running for the Service Excellence Award in the West Midlands Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) Celebrating Small Business Awards 2023.
The awards celebrate the achievements and contributions of small businesses and the self-employed across various sectors.
Red Box Web Design, which moved to the town centre’s Shire Hall Business Centre at the end of last year, creates bespoke websites and provides digital marketing services.
Owner Rob Mackley said: “Being shortlisted for the Regional Service Excellence award by the FSB is a fantastic achievement that the Red Box team are immensely proud of.
“It is lovely to be recognised for the effort the team put in, and the innovative ideas they put forward to help offer more value and support to our clients.
“From the day I launched Red Box, customer service has been at the centre of every customer interaction. Without great service, you cannot have a company you are proud of, and I couldn’t be prouder of what we are currently and will continue to achieve.”
The awards ceremony takes place at RAF Cosford on 22 March.
