A family-owned bridal boutique based in Newcastle-under-Lyme has emerged as a category winner in the regional heats of the Englands Business Awards.
The Bridal Lounge prides itself on its “warm and inviting” atmosphere with friendly and experienced staff.
After being selected as the top-achieving bridal shop in the West Midlands Counties section, it now goes forward to the national finals in November.
The bridal retailer, stockists of Essence of Australia Lillian West and Adore by Justin Alexander, was founded in 2006.
It prides itself on being one of the region’s most reputable bridal retailers.
In the run-up to the Awards, the business was shortlisted to be visited by a mystery shopper for assessment and scrutiny of the customer experience provided.
Louise Cartlidge, owner of The Bridal Lounge, pictured above centre with colleagues, said: “There were some wonderful businesses and bridal boutiques at the regional West Midlands finals and we were thrilled to be announced as the winners in our category -we cannot thank our customers enough.
“We are so grateful to our lovely brides who took the time to vote for us and as over half of all our customers come to us via personal recommendation, we feel really proud.”
The Bridal Lounge is a previous regional winner at the Wedding Industry Awards, in the Best Wedding Dress Retailer category.
