Expanding Stafford-based technology PR agency Stone Junction has moved into new headquarters.
The offices at The Malthouse, Water Street, are two and a half times bigger than at their previous base.
The two-storey brick and tile building is a former brewery and fire station dating from 1837.
Thanks to a £60,000 investment, the 2,500 square foot space being occupied by Stone Junction has been refurbished to feature sleek, clean lines, organic shapes and muted tones.
The agency’s 34-strong team have access to open-plan desk spaces, kitchen, breakout and meeting rooms.
The extra space means there is potential to employ up to 11 more staff.
“We wanted an office that reflected the way we feel as a business,” said Richard Stone, founder and Managing Director. “Our new space achieves this by being contemporary, creative, and collaborative. To provide a sense of belonging, every person gets their own desk, even though we operate a flexible working model with two days in the office and three days remotely.”
Alongside the move into The Malthouse, new offices have been launched in Munich, Germany and Oradea, Romania to boost international growth.
Stone Junction prides itself on being a team of passionate, energetic and vibrant Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM), language and communications experts.
The business was recently listed in Campaign’s Best Places to Work, as well as being shortlisted for four awards by the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR), including an inaugural Best Environmental Campaign category.
