Six future leaders have been given skills to boost their careers thanks to a new programme ran by a business consultancy firm.
Strategi Solutions, based in Newcastle-under-Lyme, launched its Leadership Academy at the start of this year, with the latest cohort recently graduating after six months of workshops.
The programme aims to give the opportunity for those with responsibilities to enhance and build on existing skills, for efficient and effective delivery in the key areas of people and services.
Strategi’s Head of Learning and Development Helen Bailey, an award-winning L&D specialist who pioneered and delivered the programme, said: “It is an honour to support aspiring business leaders with the provision of engaging, practical and thought-provoking development.
“From our latest graduates, it is evident that our approach is proving to be a huge success as each participant has shared some immensely positive examples of where they have been able to change or enhance their practice bases on their learning.”
Feedback from the programme has included: “The programme has a great balance of theory and practical with opportunity for open discussions.”
Graduates have also reported positive outcomes such as increased self-confidence, establishing themselves successfully in new roles and improved communication in their organisations.
