Dougie Mac and Michelin are calling for cyclists to take part in a popular event, which raises vital funds for the Stoke-on-Trent hospice.
The Dougie Mac Bike Ride is being held on 17th September, starting at the Michelin Athletic Club in Trent Vale.
From there cyclists can tackle two routes, an epic 108-mile journey to and from Llangollen, or a 48-mile ride through the Shropshire and Cheshire countryside.
All money raised from the event will help fund Dougie Mac’s provision of support for local people facing a life-limiting illness, offering excellent care and help when they need it most.
Michelin is donating its facilities and providing refreshments for volunteers and Dougie Mac staff helping at the event, as part of its long-standing partnership with the charity.

“Over the years we’ve seen the event grow to become hugely popular with cyclists of all abilities.
“We hope to see as many cyclists as possible sign-up for the challenge.”
