Work has begun on the development of two new industrial and logistics units.
PMW Property has commenced works at Dove Way, in Uttoxeter, which will provide 142,277 sq ft of space available to lease or buy.
The project is expected to be completed by mid-next year and some discussions have already taken place with interested parties.
Matthew Wrigley, of PMW Property, said: “It’s great to see works finally commencing on site.
“For PMW Property to be building speculatively in today’s market, shows the confidence that we have in the area and the buildings that we will be delivering.
“It’s an area we haven’t built or purchased in previously, but we have property in a lot of the surrounding areas.
“One of the main advantages to Dove Way are the excellent transport links from Uttoxeter and the surrounding areas.
“We are looking forward to the completion of Dove Way in the not too distant future.”
Phil Randle, of Salloway Property Consultants, said: “It is wonderful to see these state-of-the-art units under construction and we’re very much looking forward to seeing the computer-generated images come to life.
“We have a long-standing business relationship with PMW Property and like all of their developments because they are to such a high standard, we do not expect them to be on the market for very long.”
Darran Severn, of FHP Property Consultants, added: “We are already in discussions with a couple of parties but we welcome all interest.”
