A HR software company headquartered in Stoke-on-Trent has been recognised as a Global Top 100 Inspiring Workplace.

Huler have been named in the first ever global list compiled by the Inspiring Workplaces Group. It is made up of regional winners across North America; Europe, the Middle East and Africa; and Australasia.

Entrants are assessed against six key elements that are believed to be fundamental in creating an inspiring workplace. These are culture and purpose, leadership, wellbeing, inclusion and diversity, communication and employee experience.

Earlier this year, Huler, which employes 50 people, was also recognised among the top 50 inspiring workplaces in EMEA, and also ranked second in the ‘Medium Business’ category, receiving special recognition for dedication to employee experience.

Nicky Hoyland, CEO and Huler’s Co-Founder, said: “This is a huge achievement for Huler and a great accolade for our dedication to create a people-first workplace – particularly when we’re alongside some big names like Rackspace Technology, The Phoenix Group, Gartner, Experian, Verizon and more.

“Huler’s mission is to empower organisations to create outstanding employee experiences through tech. To be successful we first need to ensure that we ourselves instil a people-first culture and create great experiences for our own employees from day one.”

Matt Manners, Founder of the Inspiring Workplaces Group, added: ”There are no geographical boundaries to an Inspiring Workplace and the people who create them. It is with pride that we publish the Top 100 Global Inspiring Workplaces list for the very first time.”
