Consultancy firm Strategi Solutions has been appointed by a leading design and production company to help support its international growth plans.
The Newcastle-under-Lyme-based firm will be working with Envisage Associates, which is headquartered in Stoke-on-Trent but has offices globally, to deliver a brand and culture programme across its entire organisation.
The programme will include supporting Envisage to meet specific KPI’s which will see it reach its growth ambitions over the next two years, with the aim of establishing Envisage as the go-to design and production agency internationally.
