A high-end video production company has expanded its portfolio of services to provide more options for businesses looking to enhance their digital presence.
Newcastle-under-Lyme-based Slanted Media Group has launched its ‘Slanted Social’ offering following increasing demand from clients looking to diversify their content.
To add to this, various video production workshops are also now being provided as the company aims to grow its educational arm of the business.
“We have received multiple enquiries this last year from businesses who really want to incorporate top quality video content into their social media and also their website, but may not want a full feature length video – or the expense of one,” says Tom Ratcliffe, Managing Director of Slanted Media Group.
“Some businesses may not have a large budget and we understand that. Therefore, Slanted Social now enables us to still provide high-end video production content for businesses of all sizes as well as allowing for more flexible options via our dedicated packages.”
The extra services follow a period of continuous growth of the business which officially launched in May 2022 – then called Tom Ratcliffe Media. In September the company – who also welcomed Production Assistant Eduard Caklais to the team – held a special rebrand launch event, which was attended by more than 100 businesses along with the Mayor of Newcastle-under-Lyme, Cllr Simon White and other profile names.
As well as online workshops two training sessions are taking place at the Staffordshire Chambers of Commerce on Thursday 23 November and Thursday 7 December which will be hosted by Tom himself.
“‘Video Marketing for SMEs’ will see three-and-a-half-hour workshops delivered for attendees who will have the opportunity to take part in immersive and interactive sessions showing the fundamentals of video and how to use it to transform approaches towards successful business marketing.
Tom Ratcliffe, Managing Director of Slanted Media Group.
“The workshops are carefully designed to provide an all-round training session for anyone looking to incorporate video content and will not only show how to capture those all-important camera phone shots and hands-on video editing techniques, but also help those who attend to overcome any stage fright which is preventing them from creating video.”
Tom added: “Helping others to understand the power of visual content is something we feel very passionate about. We have been learning the art of video production for the past decade and have seen how rapidly content changes and how much is required now, and we want to share that experience and knowledge to help others.
“If we can open up more doors and more avenues for as many other businesses as possible to not just understand the value of quality video, but to explore creative options, then that is what we will continue to do.”
