Visit Lichfield has pledged to support independent traders in the run up to Christmas by launching a new campaign.
The Have a Magical Christmas campaign aims to promote independent traders and showcase festive events in Lichfield District with the hope of making it a top destination for Christmas shopping and celebrations.
Lichfield District Council’s Cabinet Member for High Streets and Visitor Economy, Councillor Janice Silvester-Hall said: “We are thrilled to launch our Visit Lichfield Christmas campaign.
“Our goal is not only to showcase the incredible products available from our independent traders but also create a magical atmosphere through the many festive events and activities that draw people into our beautiful district during this special time of year.”
To enhance visitor experience, Visit Lichfield – the visitor economy department of the district council – has partnered with local businesses offering exclusive offers and discounts to visitors and residents with a Visit Lichfield card.
As part of the initiative, Visit Lichfield has revamped its website with a dedicated section featuring participating independent traders and comprehensive event listings.
