Leading provider of innovative work-tech solutions Huler has announced the appointment of Matt Little as Non-Executive Director.

Matt brings a wealth of experience and expertise in scaling technology businesses, including the guidance of product and technology strategies, which will support the Stoke-on-Trent headquartered company as it embarks on the next stage of growth.

His experience includes roles as CPTO and VP of Product at a large US cyber security firm, as well as Chair, Non-Executive and Board member for several technology companies, where he helped shape their technical strategy and drive product innovation.

His expertise in scaling SaaS businesses and building strong customer relationships will be invaluable, Huler says, as it expands its reach and impact.

Nicky Hoyland, CEO and co-founder at Huler, said: “Matt’s appointment comes at a pivotal moment for Huler.

“With recent funding from Mercia and a booming demand for hybrid work solutions, we’re primed for rapid expansion, and Matt will play a key role in supporting us to drive tech and product innovation to shape the future of HulerHub and ensure we continue to deliver exceptional value for our customers.”

HulerHub, the company’s flagship software platform, is an Employee Experience Platform (EXP) which bridges the gap between remote and in-office teams, helping businesses foster optimal engagement and collaboration.

Matt said: “I’m thrilled to be joining Huler at such a pivotal moment in their growth. HulerHub is a truly game-changing piece of software, and I’m impressed by the team’s commitment to creating a solution that empowers businesses of all sizes to thrive in this new age of work.

“I look forward to working closely with Nicky and the team to refine the product roadmap and ensure HulerHub continues to be the go-to for employee engagement.”
