Two Newcastle College students are praising the T Level format for unlocking the door to their future careers through workplace placements.

Caitlin Davis and Lily-Mae Hulme, both aged 17, are in the second year of studying their occupational specialism in adult nursing. They credit their time in a real work environment at the Royal Stoke University Hospital for giving them insights and professional skills which are helping them on their way to becoming a children’s nurse and a paramedic respectively.
