Since joining Stoke-on-Trent College in 2020, Joe has demonstrated outstanding leadership and innovation in his role. Responsible for overseeing all digital marketing activities, including social media management, video production, website development, and CRM system management, Joe has played a pivotal role in increasing the college’s online presence.

Joe’s creativity and platform-specific content have engaged the college’s diverse audience, including potential students, stakeholders, adults, and young people. His commitment to producing high-quality content and coverage of college events has significantly enhanced the college’s brand visibility and reputation.

Moreover, Joe’s willingness to go above and beyond expectations have been instrumental in driving innovation and achieving organisational goals. From implementing new technologies like Crisp Chat to collaborating with colleagues across departments, Joe has consistently demonstrated his commitment to enhancing the college experience for students and stakeholders alike.

The category winner will be announced at the gala awards evening, set to take place on the Thursday, 4 July at the Doubletree by Hilton.
