Pro-Tech, an innovative training provider catering to the automotive industry, has been announced as a finalist for the Start-Up and Step-Up category at the Staffordshire Chambers Business Awards.
This award is sponsored by Staffordshire County Council.
Pro-Tech was launched in January 2023 to address a gap in the automotive training market, offering not just courses but a holistic approach to education and ongoing support for candidates.
Led by the husband and wife team of Leigh and Amy-Jane Marsden, Pro-Tech’s team culture is key to developing valuable client relationships, and it has quickly established itself as a leader within the automotive training sector. Developing courses in collaboration with industry bodies like the Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI) to address evolving industry needs, Pro-Tech offers support for Electric Vehicle (EV) and Hybrid technology to Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).
Despite challenges such as pricing competition, Pro-Tech has demonstrated remarkable commitment to business growth, evidenced by consistent quarterly increases in turnover.
The company invests in staff development and collaborates with educational institutions to ensure the industry’s future workforce is well-equipped. The company also actively engages with industry bodies and community initiatives.
The category winner will be announced at the gala awards evening, set to take place on the Thursday, 4 July at the Doubletree by Hilton.
