Two products made by Nelson’s Distillery picked up recognition at the World Wine & Spirits Trophy.
The Uttoxeter-based firm has described its success as a “remarkable achievement” in a competition which is a benchmark for excellence in the industry.
Its Signature Blend Rum won a double gold medal and was praised for its “exquisite balance and complexity”, whilst Nelson’s London Dry No.7 Gin secured a silver medal.
A spokesperson said: “Nelson’s Distillery’s success at the World Wine & Spirits Trophy is a testament to their dedication to quality, value, and innovative design. These awards not only enhance the brand’s image but also assure buyers and customers of the high standards they maintain.
“In a market flooded with choices, these accolades highlight Nelson’s commitment to producing spirits that not only taste exceptional but also offer great value and stand out on the shelf. For consumers, this means enjoying a product that is both delightful and worth every penny.”
Nelson’s Distillery was founded in 2015 by owner and Master Distiller Neil Harrison and is home to the distilling academy Nelson’s Gin, Vodka & Rum School.
