A free business support event is taking place later this week.
Cannock Chase District Council is hosting the event with the aim of helping businesses grow with the help of fully funded practical support.
Taking place on Thursday, 3 October, the event will provide insights from experts and access to resources aimed at supporting business development and sustainability.
There will be contributions from key partners including Staffordshire County Council and University of Staffordshire and experts will be able to help explore funding opportunities, practical support for growth and how to future-proof a business.
There will also be the chance to learn about green solutions, growth strategies and government backed initiatives for businesses at all stages.
Councillor Maureen Freeman, pictured above, Portfolio Leader for Regeneration and High Streets, said: “This event is an incredible opportunity for local businesses to receive tailored support and guidance. We are committed to helping businesses across the district grow and succeed with the backing of fully funded resources, and we look forward to welcoming entrepreneurs and business owners alike.”
The event, in partnership with Stoke-on-Trent & Staffordshire Growth Hub, takes place between 8.30am and 10.30am at The Aquarius Ballroom, in Hednesford.
It is funded by the UK Government and Cannock Chase Council’s Shared Prosperity Fund.
