Klarius acquisition represents a ‘positive new chapter’

1 min read

A Cheadle-based group of companies in the automotive industry has been acquired by a private investment firm.

Bosses at Klarius Group, which includes Klarius, Emissco, KMT, Autologistiks and TIMEC, say its acquisition by CorpAcq represents a ‘positive new chapter’ for the company.

There will be no change to the current board of directors and acquisition aligns with Klarius’ goals of continued growth and success, with CorpAcq offering expert financial and management support to help unlock the full potential of the business.

“We couldn’t have wished for a better outcome,” said John Hood, Finance Director at the Klarius Group.

“This acquisition marks an excellent opportunity for the company, allowing us to continue business as usual while benefiting from the expertise and resources that CorpAcq brings.”

Klarius Products is a dedicated emission control products manufacture and supply company servicing primarily the UK and EU markets.

It is based at Brookhouses Industrial Estate.
