Two new directors are among a host of new recruits at a Stoke-on-Trent-based design and production agency.

ESG, formerly known as  Envisage Associates, has welcomed Erin Hill as Creative Strategy Director and Jane Kind as Client Services Director.

The pair make up a group of eight new arrivals at the firm which delivers projects in the exhibition stand, events, brand experience and interior remit.

Jess Packham-Mills and Matt Abbots have both joined as client services managers and new apprentices Lauren Barratt, Gemma Joines, Raziya Akhtar, Alex Gwilt span across accounts, marketing, parts and joinery.

All new-starters have joined the business in the past eight weeks.

The company has focussed on ‘regaining strength’ since the Covid-19 pandemic when the end of in-person events forced them to adapt and diversify their offering.

Managing Director Alastair Wilkins said: “We were given no choice but to change our business plans overnight, but fast forward three years and in-person moments remain the bedrock of culture.

“For our customers, those experiences will always be imperative, and we continue to enable the brands we work with to connect with their audience in the most beautiful, imaginative ways.”

He added: “I remain passionate about ensuring we have the best talent in-house to make these visions a reality, and the latest additions ensure our team is stronger than ever. Our future is bright.”
