Software developer wins at Credit & Collections Awards

A digital contact centre software specialist is celebrating an industry award win for the third consecutive year – after being shortlisted for nine national accolades. 

Saascoms took home the Best Contact Centre Solution Award at the Credit & Collections Technology Awards, which was held earlier this month and attended by over 50 leading companies from the industry. 

It is the third year Stafford-based company has won the title. 

Saascoms received the recognition for its Omnireach software solution which uses AI to assess initial customer queries before being passed over to live agents. 

Founder Paul Nield said: “To be nominated for nine awards was an achievement in itself. To win again for the third year in succession is testament to the team, our ongoing product development and our client’s support.” 

Saascoms started up in 2004 and now supports more than support 700 organisations across the UK, Europe, North America, and Australasia.
