A property finance business has split its offering into two specialist brands as its expansion plans continue.
Signature Funding Solutions, which relocated to bigger premises at Festival Park, Stoke-on-Trent in February, has introduced Signature Mortgages & Protection and Signature Specialist Finance to further streamline services.
Founder Dean Birks said: “Over the years, we have seen increased demand for our specialist advice and lending facilities as well as to provide more support to investors.
“This added to all of our developments it was only natural to give our specialist arm of the business its own unique identity.
“This means that we now have specialist teams for our mortgages and protection as well as our specialist finance, which is a wonderful thing to be able to introduce – not just for our team – but for our customers too.”
He added: “One of the most important aims of the business is to provide the best most suited support to others – not just to invest in property – but ultimately to help others to fulfil their dreams.
“Therefore, we invest in our own team to ensure they have the right knowledge and expertise to achieve and grow with us at the same time, which has led on to many of our team forging amazing relationships with customers.”
Two advisers have recently joined the 12-strong team and a further recruitment drive is underway.
Signature Funding Solutions was set up in 2009 to predominantly support with residential house purchases, remortgages and advise for protection products.
The company soon went on to expand into buy-to-let and limited company mortgages, as well as unregulated bridging and HMO (houses with multiple occupancy) mortgages before further branching out and introducing additional commercial products such as development finance, commercial and semi commercial mortgages, agricultural land and social impact finance, supported living and care home finance.
