Ticketmaster Sport has moved its 60-strong team into new premises in Stoke-on-Trent City Centre.
The business, previously based in Stoke, has taken two private suites, totalling 1,045 sq. ft, at Smithfield Works.
The new office will accommodate 23 desks, with staff working in a flexible rotation to make the most of the space and team needs.
Adam Newsam, Chairman of Ticketmaster Sport, said: “The team and I are excited to move into our new, state-of-the-art home at Genr8’s Smithfield Works.
“When looking for a new space, we were seeking somewhere modern, centrally located and flexible, and Smithfield Works ticked all of those boxes.
“We were also drawn to the space by the sense of community in the building and the opportunity to be part of a growing group of businesses in Hanley town centre.”
Ticketmaster Sport, part of the global Ticketmaster business, was founded in the late 1970s and has remained rooted in Stoke-on-Trent ever since.
Smithfield Works, which is owned and operated by Smithfield developer Genr8, saw a significant rise in interest throughout 2024 and now serves as a home to a total of 20 local businesses.
It has achieved an average suite occupancy rate of 82 per cent in 2024, with 92 per cent projected for 2025.
The workspace has attracted businesses from diverse industries, including major corporations like Barclays, as well as creative organisations such as Stoke Creates and Centre Space Arts.
Adele Simmons, Community Manager at Smithfield Works, said: “We’re excited to welcome Ticketmaster Sport to the Smithfield Works community.
“It’s inspiring to see businesses of all sizes choosing this space as their home. The mix of established businesses and growing local enterprises brings a great energy that strengthens the sense of community across our two buildings.”
