Free masterclasses to boost your business from University of Staffordshire

Residents and businesses in Stoke-on-Trent can apply for fully funded masterclasses at the University of Staffordshire to take their skills to the next level. 

Running from January to March 2025, these expert-led sessions are free for eligible residents thanks to funding from the UK Shared Prosperity Fund. 

The in-person sessions are open to people who live in Stoke-on-Trent, are over 18 years old and are either employed for one or more hours of paid work a week, on a fixed-term contract or temping with an agency, self-employed, on a government-supported training programme or on maternity or paternity leave. 

Upcoming courses include the new psychology of leadership and team dynamics (January 29), empowering neurodiverse talent (January 29), performing under pressure (February 20), digital marketing (March 13) and social media marketing strategy (March 19).
