Strategi Solutions Group has announced the appointment of a new CEO as part of planned succession within the business.
Rob Fisher has taken over the role from Wendy Dean with her changing her title to Founder and Chair.
Rob, previously Managing Director, has been with the business consultancy firm since October 2016, starting as Director of HR Services. His career has spanned a number of HR and leadership roles, including for Leek-based Ornua Nutrition Ingredients.
Rob, who sits on the boards of various local organisations, said: “I’m thrilled to take on the role of CEO and build on the incredible foundation that Wendy has established.
“Having been with the company since 2016, I’ve seen firsthand the dedication and innovation that drives us and the legacy that Wendy has created for us all.
“This is a great opportunity for me and the Strategi team, and as we look to the future, I’m committed to leading with a focus on growth and continuing to deliver exceptional service to our clients and partners.
“I have some extremely talented people around me who have been with us for a long time and understand our vision for our path to further success.”
Strategi Solutions Group, based in Newcastle-under-Lyme, employs a team of specialists across its three business streams working alongside a range of clients from SMEs to Global organisations.
With the leadership change, Wendy will now be able to get more involved in supporting women and helping education and industry work closer together in her other roles with The Women of the Year Awards, The Foundation for Education Development , and Level 7 Apprenticeship for Women Leaders.
She said: “As the business grows, we need to stay on track with our ambitious plans. It’s an absolute pleasure to appoint Rob as CEO.
“As we continue to grow and evolve, my focus will be on being an ambassador for the Strategi Solutions Group Ltd team as we pursue new opportunities, whilst staying true to the vision that has driven us from the start.”
