Experts from business, education, medicine and life sciences will take to the stage at Keele University for a TEDxKeele event focusing on sustainability.
The event, set to take place on Wednesday, March 26, in the Denise Coates Foundation Building, will feature a lineup of inspirational speakers, including Keele alumni, lecturers and industry partners. Free tickets are available for in-person attendance, while the talks will also be livestreamed and recorded.
With sustainability as the central theme, the discussions will explore its impact from multiple perspectives, drawing on expertise from across the university’s various schools.
The event has been organised by medical student Jack Carter, who said: “TED hosts some of the world’s most influential and inspiring people with ideas worth spreading. I want to give Keele University the chance to stand on this platform by hosting our very own TEDx event, and what better theme than exploring our globally renowned sustainability work.”
