Profile aims high with new HQ investment

A roofing company which has purchased a new unit to accommodate growth experienced in the last 12 months has described the deal as a ‘major step forward’.

Profile Industrial Roofing is currently based on Britannia Way at Britannia Enterprise Park in Lichfield but will move to new premises on nearby Titan Way later this year.

The new, permanent base is roughly double the size of the firm’s current rented unit and the additional space will allow the team to create larger collaborative working areas and dedicated meeting rooms, improving both efficiency as communication across the team.

A full refurbishment will take place before staff move in and the company is investing a ‘significant’ amount into the project.

Managing Director David Clarke said: “Our investment in this property represents a key step in our growth strategy.

“As we continue to expand, securing a permanent base at Britannia Enterprise Park allows us to optimise our operations, improve efficiency, and further strengthen our services for our clients.”

Profile Industrial Roofing specialises in industrial and commercial roofing solutions and was founded in 1996.

The firm employs 27 people and has seen its headcount increase by 20 per cent in the last 12 months.

The move will give the company the space it needs to expand the team further.
