Property agents Rushton Hickman have secured the management instruction of a Burton upon Trent industrial estate.
The Maltings Industrial Estate is home to an array of local businesses in seven units.
All of them are occupied, except for one that has recently become available and is being marketed by Rushton Hickman’s agency team.
