A vehicle conversion specialist is offering up to 40 new vacancies as it looks to expand its team in line with its growth.
Bri-Stor Systems, which recently won a top industry award and launched a £100,000 Centre of Excellence for training, has a range of roles available including product design engineers, auto electricians, fitters, vehicle conversion inspectors and production group leaders.
The Hixon-based firm, part of the HEX Group, is hosting a recruitment open evening on Wednesday, 9 April.
A spokesperson said: “To support its ongoing business growth, this will be Bri-Stor Systems’ fifth recruitment open evening since 2022, leading to many successful careers.
“Bri-Stor Systems’ recruitment open evening will offer prospective colleagues the opportunity to take a tour of its state-of-the-art facilities, interview for their preferred role, and experience firsthand what it’s like to work for an industry-leading fleet converter.”
RAF veteran Darren Easton joined Bri-Stor Systems through an open evening nearly three years ago as a vehicle conversion inspector and has since progressed into the role of quality engineer.
Darren, who also volunteers as an apprentice mentor, said: “I attended the open evening through a recommendation made by my son, who has now worked at Bri-Stor Systems for nearly seven years. Even though I came with little idea of my next steps, I immediately received support in helping find the role best suited to my skills.”
The recruitment event takes place on Wednesday, 9 April, from 5.30pm to 7.30pm, with four bookable slots during the evening. The event is open to anyone interested in starting or advancing their career in engineering.
