A North Staffordshire theatre is set to hold a new networking event to encourage local business to explore opportunities for innovation and creativity.

The New Vic Theatre will host the first Borderlines Means Business event on Thursday, 26 June, on its main stage, with participants able to choose from a morning session from 10:30am to 12:30pm or afternoon from 1:30pm to 3:30pm.

Focused on key business themes including partnership building and collaboration, leadership and communication, and organisational change and development, the event promises insights and practical opportunities for organisations to connect and grow.

The agenda features a welcoming networking session over tea and coffee, an introduction to the outreach team’s mission and vision, showcases of Borderlines’ impactful work and collaborative discussions on how businesses and the outreach team can support each other. The event will conclude with reflections and next steps for partnership.

A spokesperson for the Newcastle-under-Lyme theatre said: “The Borderlines Means Business networking event is an opportunity for us to explore with you how we can be part of bringing innovation and creativity to your organisation.”

Attendees will enjoy light refreshments and drinks, with free parking available on site.

Businesses interested in attending can reserve a place by emailing AHaughton@newvictheatre.org.uk or visiting the New Vic Theatre website via this link
