International high security fencing manufacturer Barkers Fencing has announced a new managing director.
Allan Binstead has taken over the position from Andrew Rowe, who is retiring after steering the business for the past six years.
Allan joins Barkers Fencing with a background in operations and organisational leadership with his most recent roles including Managing Director at Connection Systems and previously at Thermit Welding (GB).
His appointment has been described as marking ‘an exciting new chapter’ for the Stoke-on-Trent-based company which has experienced significant growth in recent years, particularly within the global data centre market.
Commenting on his new role, Allan said: “I’m thrilled to join the ambitious team at Barkers Fencing at such a pivotal moment.
