A leading sanitary product manufacturer is relocating its UK warehousing operations to Stoke-on-Trent as part of its commitment to sustainability, efficiency and future growth.

Geberit Service will move from its current premises in Alsager to Cabot 141, a high-specification, energy-efficient facility just 20 minutes away in Stoke. The relocation is set to be completed by October 2025, with no reduction in headcount, and the company hopes all staff will move with it.

The 141,121 sq ft unit, developed in 2019 and located within a logistics park on Campbell Road, is said to offer state-of-the-art infrastructure and improved environmental credentials.

Geberit says the move follows a careful review of operational and logistics needs, and reflects its long-term investment in the region.

Finance and Administration Director Christine Morris said: “This is a significant and positive step for the future of our operations. While our current premises have served us well over the decades, the opportunity to move to a more modern, energy-efficient facility allows us to further improve the way we serve our customers and partners across the UK.”

Verity Waterbury, Vice President of Asset Management at Cabot Properties, added: “Cabot 141 was developed with the modern occupier in mind, providing scale, specification, and sustainable features in a prime Midlands location. We are delighted to welcome Geberit as our newest tenant and look forward to supporting their long-term growth in the region.”
