A physical education and holiday club provider has been acquired in a move aiming to accelerate growth and broaden opportunities.
Bee Active, based in Etruria, Stoke-on-Trent, says being acquired by LSC Group marks the beginning of an ‘exciting new chapter.’
The deal will enable Bee Active to expand its enrichment offer to partner schools. Plans are to introduce modern foreign languages, drama, art, and music to its well-established expertise in PE and sports coaching.
Bee Active co-founder Bobby Mills said: “Bee Active has always been about bringing energy, creativity, and care into the lives of young people. We’re excited to become part of a group that truly understands the impact of what we do and shares our passion for helping children thrive.”
Craig Brennan, Chief Executive of LSC Group and Nurtured Childcare, said: “We’ve long admired the work of Bee Active and the incredible impact they’ve made in Staffordshire.
“Their ethos aligns perfectly with ours – putting children first, delivering quality, and investing in passionate people. We’re excited to welcome them into the LSC family and support their continued success.”

Ben Mills, pictured above, also a Bee Active co-founder, added: “We have known Craig and the LSC team for a long time and have admired their journey from afar.
“We share the same values, and the success and growth of both LSC Group and Nurtured Childcare are extremely inspiring.
“This acquisition ensures our dedicated team remains in place, with even more opportunities for progression as we integrate with the wider LSC family. I’m excited to continue leading Bee Active into this new phase, with the same passion and commitment to our schools, families and team.”
LSC Group is based in Greater Manchester but operates across the country.
