Newcastle-under-Lyme based estate and lettings agents Heywoods has launched a landmark partnership with national housebuilder Bovis Homes to support the marketing and sales of their £11.5 million Stone Walk development.
The agreement sees Heywoods bring its local expertise and digital marketing capabilities to the 25-unit scheme, based in Seabridge, Newcastle-under-Lyme, which features a collection of four and five-bedroom homes.
Through the collaboration, Heywoods will deliver a bespoke digital campaign to showcase the homes, targeted outreach to first-time buyers, families and relocating professionals, and a streamlined enquiry and appointment system aligned with Bovis Homes’ sales process.
