Bold new food offers are shaking up the menu at a popular country pub, shaped by emerging kitchen talent and a focus on quality, seasonal ingredients.
The move marks a confident step forward for the much-loved Red Lion at Bradley, Stafford, as it blends inventive dishes with hearty tradition.
Highlights include Braised Beef Brisket & Stilton Croquettes, Tandoori Chicken Lollipops, and The Holy Cow burger – already tipped to become a local favourite. Alongside global influences like Salt & Pepper Duck with Udon noodles, diners will still find proper pub staples such as homemade pies and twice-cooked chips.
Associate Marketing Director Katie McPhilimey said the refresh balanced creativity with flavour and generosity to create dishes that delight.
In a further nod to innovation, The Red Lion is also launching a new outdoor Dining Pod for groups of up to eight, offering a private twist on the traditional country pub experience.
