New office space has been created at Burntwood Leisure Centre offering small businesses and community groups a place to base their work.
Three fully-services offices are now available at the centre on High Street, Chasetown, each benefitting from reception access, an on-site café, meeting rooms, and a gym with discounted membership for tenants.
Councillor Richard Holland, cabinet member for high street and economic development at Lichfield District Council, said: “We’re committed to supporting local enterprise and innovation. The new offices at Burntwood Leisure Centre are designed to give small businesses and community groups the professional space they need to thrive with flexible leases, great facilities and a central location.
“It’s another example of how we’re investing in our buildings and re-using space creatively to support the local economy.”
Two of the offices are 280 sq ft and available for £924 per month (inc. VAT), while the other is 270 sq ft and costs £891 per month (inc. VAT).
