A business process automation company is set to move its group headquarters to a restored heritage building which is now a flexible workspace hub.
Longport-based Chaffinch will become the anchor tenant at Ravenscliffe, a Georgian property in Porthill which was previously home to Rawlins Commercial Insurance. The three-storey property on First Avenue comes with 42 parking spaces and is expected to attract a range of businesses, including health and wellbeing clinics.
Facilities at newly renovated hub include serviced offices, a co-working space, meeting and event hire with full technical provision, superfast broadband and complimentary refreshments.
Two open days will take place for prospective tenants on Friday, 21 November, and Friday, 28 November, with guided tours running every 30 minutes from 9.30am. Guests will be welcomed with coffee and pastries, then can spend the day working in the space.

Daily Focus previously reported that Chaffinch founder and property developer Alastair Machin had acquired the 6,500-square-foot building in a six-figure deal with plans to create 17 serviced offices and professional workspaces.
He said: “Staffordshire has an abundance of heritage buildings which deserve better than to be left behind.
“With Ravenscliffe, we are demonstrating how these spaces can be repurposed for modern enterprise. This is not simply about providing office space; it is about creating an environment where ambitious businesses can collaborate, share ideas, and scale.
“Our vision is for Ravenscliffe to stand as an exemplar of how the past can be harnessed to fuel the future.”
Any businesses interested in moving to Ravenscliffe should email info@ravenscliffe.co.uk for more information, or book a place on the open days via Eventbrite.
