Energy storage manufacturer GivEnergy has boosted its customer services team with 12 new recruits.
The company says the investment reflects its ongoing growth and dedication to maintaining high standards of customer care. The new team members will be based at GivEnergy’s Newcastle-under-Lyme headquarters.
The recruitment drive coincides with GivEnergy’s plans for further growth, including new partnerships, technological innovations and expanded manufacturing capabilities.
Managing director and CCO of GivEnergy, Simon Taylor, said: “We have enjoyed a significant year of growth and change with customer satisfaction a key focus for us. As we continue to grow, it’s vital that our support systems grow with us and that we invest in the areas which can have the most impact directly with our customers and other partners.
“As the energy transition accelerates, GivEnergy remains committed to providing not just cutting-edge energy solutions, but also the responsive, knowledgeable support customers need to succeed.
“We are entering a new era and it is a very exciting time for all the team here, and we are delighted to be able to announce the creation of new jobs with more opportunities to come.”
Hariley Solutions, which has branches in Cannock, Telford and Wolverhampton, ran the recruitment process on behalf of GivEnergy.
Managing director Ryan Wheeler said: “We were delighted to work alongside GivEnergy to ensure the right people were appointed to these new roles and opportunities. The success of a customer service department is crucial for any business.
“It’s so important to get that recruitment process right, and we have a proven track record in doing just that in collaboration with our clients. We wish all the new recruits lots of success in this new chapter of their careers.”
