Legal and professional services firm Knights has said it is set for further growth after strong first-half results show revenues rising 30 per cent to break through the £100 million barrier.
The business, which is based in Newcastle-under-Lyme, has updated financial markets on its performance in the first half of the 2025 financial year.
Knights anticipates revenue for the six months to 31 October 2025 to be £103.2 million and a 12 per cent increase in underlying profit before tax to £16.4 million (up from £14.6 million).
The company has grown significantly during 2025 with a series of acquisitions across the South East and the Thames Valley, plus the opening of an office in Cardiff.
Knights CEO David Beece said: “The Group delivered a strong first-half results, achieving 30 per cent revenue growth and a return to organic expansion. Recent acquisitions have been integrated seamlessly, supported by continued financial discipline and robust cash generation.
“Looking ahead, the second half is set to benefit from recent experienced hires and full contributions of acquisitions, keeping us firmly on track to meet investor expectations.
“With an expanded management team and a solid platform in place, we are well-positioned to drive the business forward and sustain growth beyond this year.”
Knights has a 1,350-strong team nationwide.
