A new café and boutique opening in Lichfield will be a pet lifestyle brand’s first physical outlet, promising café culture and pet lifestyle and curated Japanese-inspired goods.
Pettone was established last year as an online store based in Sutton Coldfield dedicated to premium pet products, quality design and responsible sourcing.
It has taken up the former QTea House unit at M Three Spires, with a soft opening planned for mid-December this year.
Pettone has been designed as a pet-friendly space where customers can enjoy a coffee and browse products with their pets alongside them.

The café will serve coffee, teas and a small selection of treats as well as offering a dog-friendly food menu and free drinking water for pets.
The retail area will offer a carefully selected range of pet food, accessories and apparel from brands such as Eden, Lily’s Kitchen, Forthglade and Thrive, as well as seasonal collections and exclusive handmade items such as hand-knitted Christmas pet collars.
A spokesperson said: “Lichfield has a vibrant, community-focused city centre with strong support for independent businesses. We felt it was the ideal place to introduce our combined café and pet lifestyle concept, especially with the footfall and atmosphere around the M Three Spires area and Bakers Lane.
“Our goal is to create a warm, welcoming space where customers can enjoy great coffee, discover quality products and spend time with their pets.”
Fit out work is close to completion, and an opening date is expected to be announced soon.
The venture is creating three to four jobs.
