Legal and professional services business Knights has strengthened its team with the appointment of a new partner.
Emma Millington has become a partner in the residential property team at the company’s Newcastle-under-Lyme base, bringing with her almost 20 years’ experience in residential property in the region.
She said she is looking forward to working with ‘impressive’ residential property colleagues.
Emma added: “I am thrilled to be joining Knights during a period of unparalleled growth.
“I have worked in Staffordshire for several years and Knights’ ability to balance national growth with a strong local presence is one of the reasons I decided to make this move.”
Emma specialises in acting for landlords, property investors and developers and is accredited by the Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS).
Her expertise focuses on sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, complex titles and transactions involving land, managing, acquiring and refinancing property portfolios.
