Newcastle-under-Lyme based estate and lettings agents Heywoods has partnered with developer Andmore Homes to market 34 new low-carbon homes at Honeywall Lane in Madeley Heath, reflecting a growing demand for energy-efficient housing in North Staffordshire.

Andmore Homes says the development features the latest low-carbon, energy-efficient technology by incorporating electric heating with air source heat pumps, advanced ventilation systems, electric vehicle charging points, and solar panels on select four-bedroom houses.

Alistair Trippett, Managing Director at Heywoods, said: “This partnership allows us to use our local expertise and deep understanding of the North Staffordshire and South Cheshire market to introduce a product of exceptional quality.

“Andmore Homes has delivered a truly future-proof development – these are highly energy-efficient, low-carbon homes that will significantly reduce running costs for buyers, and we are excited to be the local face of this modern, sustainable community.”

Honeywall Lane adds to a regional shift toward sustainable residential development, as developers increasingly deliver energy-efficient, low-carbon homes to meet evolving environmental standards and buyer demand.

Chris Andrews, Director at Andmore Homes, added: “Honeywall Lane embodies our commitment to creating exciting new communities with modern, sustainable design.

“Working with a reputable local partner like Heywoods ensures that these quality homes are presented to the market by experts who genuinely understand the area and its residents’ needs.

“We are creating a neighbourhood complete with shared green spaces, an orchard, and space for allotments, making it a desirable place to live for years to come.”

The Honeywall Lane development features a mix of two, three, and four-bedroom detached and semi-detached properties.

Construction is well underway, with Heywoods inviting prospective buyers to register interest for the first phase of releases.
