Stoke City Football Club have announced a new Platinum Partnership which will see one of the stands at the bet365 Stadium acquire a new name.

Newcastle-under-Lyme-based, family-owned business Drayton Beaumont Group have agreed a landmark package with the club which is set to run until the end of the 2027/28 stadium.

As part of the two-and-a-half-year agreement, the South Stand – previously known as the Caldwell Construction stand – will now be called the Drayton Beaumont Group Stand.

Steve Forrest, Head of Partnerships at Stoke City, said: “As longstanding and loyal supporters of the Club, we are delighted to welcome Drayton Beaumont Group as our new Platinum Partners.

“This marks an exciting step forward in our relationship and we look forward to seeing their brand take pride of place at the bet365 Stadium.”

As part of the deal, the Drayton Beaumont Group will gain prominent branding across the stadium alongside exposure through Stoke City’s digital platforms.

The Drayton Beaumont Group brings together three specialist businesses operating across engineering, facilities management and technical services, supporting clients across the UK.

Stephen Beaumont, the group’s MD, said: “As a family business, supporting our local community and its sport has always been important to us.

“This partnership reflects that commitment, and as lifelong supporters, we’re proud to strengthen our connection with Stoke City and wish everyone at the Club continued success.”
