Keele University is hosting a special breakfast event to help businesses explore the benefits of apprenticeships.
The employer breakfast event on Thursday, 12 February is taking place to tie in with National Apprenticeship Week.
Focussed on building a stronger, more resilient workforce, it will explore how apprenticeships can drive skills development, strengthen recruitment, and support long term workforce planning.
The event is designed for both existing and prospective apprenticeship employers and will provide a clear update on current apprenticeship policy, funding opportunities, and practical ways to maximise impact.
Business engagement manager Stephen Morris said: “Apprenticeships are one of the most effective ways employers can invest in their people when they’re aligned to real business needs.
“We’re hosting this event to help employers understand what’s possible, avoid common pitfalls, and see how Keele can support them at every stage, from funding through to delivery.”
Grow Smarter: Using Apprenticeships to Cut Costs, Retain Talent and Drive Growth takes place in the Denise Coates Foundation Building on Keele’s campus between 8.30am and 11am.
