Precision engineering and fabrication firm Adcam Fabrications has been acquired by a growing investment group.
The company, which has a 22,000 sq ft facility in Lichfield and a secondary base in Rugeley, has been purchased by Parklands Capital.
Adcam Fabrications specialises in supplying high-quality components to the nuclear and defence industries, as well as multiple rail networks, renewable energy providers and the retail sector.
It has been operating since 2006, having been founded by David Mason, Christopher Roberts, and Tony Taylor following a management buy-out of another company.
Tony, who will remain with the business and continue to support its next phase of growth, said: “Adcam has built its reputation on precision, quality and the ability to evolve with our customers’ needs.
“Joining the Parklands Capital group will allow us to strengthen our capabilities further and invest in our people and facilities, as well as offering our customers an even broader range of high-quality manufacturing solutions.”
Parklands Capital was founded in 2024 by Tony Rudden and Charlie Sharman.

Adcam Fabrications was sold by KBS Corporate in a transaction advised by director Guy Haynes.
