Staffordshire’s rising stars and business priorities for the year ahead take centre stage in the winter edition of Feature Focus magazine.

Produced by Staffordshire Chambers of Commerce, the winter edition brings together emerging business success stories, insight into the year ahead and the key priorities shaping the region’s economic direction in 2026.

Featured on the magazine’s cover is Powell Design and Construction, a fast-growing design and build specialist recognised as part of Staffordshire Chambers’ Ones to Watch list for 2026. The feature highlights firms poised for a breakout year, showcasing businesses demonstrating strong growth potential, innovation and leadership.

Readers will also find a dedicated Year Ahead feature, exploring key trends, opportunities and challenges expected to shape the business landscape in 2026, alongside insights into how companies can prepare for the months ahead.

In addition, the winter edition sets out Staffordshire Chambers’ policy priorities for the new year, outlining the key asks being made on behalf of local businesses to support growth, investment and economic resilience across the region.

Print copies of the magazine will be delivered to Commerce House and made available to members this week.

Chris Plant, Interim Chief Executive of Staffordshire Chambers of Commerce, said: “Our winter edition of Feature Focus is about looking forward with confidence and clarity.

“From celebrating businesses on our Ones to Watch list, to setting out the policy priorities that matter most to our members, this edition reflects both the strength of Staffordshire’s business community and our shared ambition for the year ahead.

“As we move into 2026, this magazine offers insight, inspiration and a clear sense of direction for businesses across the county.”
