Keele University apprentices highlight career benefits of their course

1 min read

Two apprentices from Keele University have described the benefits of their occupational therapist courses.

The university’s Occupational Therapist Apprenticeship is a three-year course for people in all sectors with an emphasis on evidence-based practice, reflective practice and research.

As part of National Apprenticeship Week and a campaign running in Daily Focus, apprentices have described a ‘clear career progression’ and the ability to ‘feed off’ more experienced people in an area described as a ‘key part’ of the workforce development plan in the NHS.
