Law firm Knights is enjoying rapid growth in the dental sector with latest figures showing a £43 million increase in deals over six months.
The company’s specialist dental team worked on deals worth a combined £160 million in the second half of 2025, up from £117 million in the six months prior.
Legal advice was given to 172 dental practices in England and Wales between 1 July and 31 December 2025, with a team of 12 lawyers from its headquarters and in Bristol working on almost 120 transactions.
Work included 70 purchases and sales of dental practices and 19 exclusive property deals, as well as providing legal advice on restructurings, disputes, regulatory issues and procurement matters.
Knights, which has its headquarters in Newcastle-under-Lyme, says its growth in the dental sector is underpinned by a strong financial performance nationwide in the current financial year so far, with revenues for the six months to October 2025 up by 30 per cent to £103.2 million.
