A free event offering professionals the chance to brush up on their leadership skills is making a return.
Gingerbread Family Support is hosting a leadership training session focusing on the art of delegation, will be led by Heather Whitehead of HW Leadership Consultancy, who presented at a similar event earlier this year.
The session on Thursday, 21 May will run from 9am until 12.30pm at the Beaconside Conference Centre in Stafford.
Participants will learn how to delegate with confidence, build a culture of trust and pick up strategies to create accountability without micromanagement.
There will also be the chance to network and find out more about the work of The Gingerbread Centre, based in Stoke-on-Trent, which supports families in need.
Refreshments and a light breakfast will be served.
Spaces are limited to two per company, with early booking advised.
